Home visit times vary depending on the size and requirements of the project but typically please allow up to 1 hour for the home visit. This will give us time to measure up, show you the samples and in most cases give you a quote on the day.

Yes! Blinds are guaranteed for 1 year and shutters are guaranteed for 5 years. Both cover parts and labour.

Blinds are usually manufactured and ready to be installed around 10 days after being ordered.

Shutters have various manufacturing options but can be produced in as little as 3 weeks.
